In a category saturated with surface-level wellness claims, Yerba Madre is playing a deeper game, rooted in sustainability, ritual, and authentic connection to conscious communities. Our role was to help translate that mission into physical moments that drive trial, build emotional equity, and extend the brand’s relevance beyond the shelf.
We designed a holistic activation strategy that treated wellness spaces not as a backdrop, but as a natural home. In yoga studios and mindfulness hubs, we introduced The Pause Ritual: a chilled Yerba Madre served post-practice, accompanied by cold, scented towels and branded yoga bags. It was calm you could hold in your hand, crafted to feel like part of the experience, not just another product placement.
Elsewhere, we leaned into collectability and home-based rituals with a planter GWP, designed in the shape of a traditional mate mug and wrapped in seed paper. It brought the brand’s regenerative story into kitchens and windowsills, turning everyday environments into brand touchpoints.
And finally, we closed the loop, literally, by creating an in-store recycling program that transformed empty cans into functional public art. Through a collaborative, milestone-based reward system, we activated community pride, sustainability, and creativity, all while driving repeat purchase and participation.
This wasn’t about flashy POSM. It was about thoughtful placement, cultural alignment, and using every asset to reflect Yerba Madre’s mission: better for people, better for the planet, and proudly outside the noise.
