With an innovation pipeline that spans yogurt, oat milk, creamers, and functional nutrition, Chobani has evolved far beyond a single-product player. Our goal was to help that evolution come to life at retail, through a 360 toolkit that unifies categories, enhances visibility, and turns every POSM moment into part of the wellness journey. We started with the cooler aisle. Instead of isolated touchpoints, we built a connected in-store system: a clean-label runway that used functional claims like “plant-forward” and “protein-packed” as visual anchors across segments. It turned shelf presence into a guided discovery path and drove premium trade-up across categories. Then came trial. With a sensorial Flip ’n’ Sip tasting station, we created a multi-sensory platform that let customers experience Chobani’s seasonal flavours in two formats - Flip and Smoothie - side by side. A playful, farm-fresh moment that transformed seasonal NPD into a social-first trial tool. And finally, we extended the brand into homes and routines with a functional giftbox system: shaker bottles paired with protein SKUs that served as both loyalty triggers and lifestyle cues. These premium GWP kits turned functional nutrition into a badge moment: driving trial, usage, and repeat. The result is more than POS. It’s a strategy in 3D: building brand love across shelf, sampling, and gifting. Because for a brand like Chobani, growth doesn’t come from shouting louder.
