CHALLENGE:

This LED director chair was an inconic item in Campari's events, but it needed to be redesigned to be produced half the cost and double the practicality. The client invests over €1,000 per piece in producing this item.

SOLUTION:

We kept the same premium design but made it fully flat packed with foldable LED's. Our sourcing strategy taps into a network of over 150 suppliers, allowing us to secure competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

OUTCOME:

Our updated flat-packed designs allow for 40% savings in both production and shipping costs.

The oak barrels are also unique in their functionality, as they the inside has been charred (no. 3 style) to perfection for actual use in the on-trade. Fostering a novel way for consumer to enjoy their usual Negroni with a bartender's unique twist.
